Senior Citizens, Americans with Disabilities, Convalescing, Recovering & People on the go,

Initial Inspection and Service $125.00 includes fuel fee and 1 hour of labor

Quarterly Follow Up Services $75.00 includes fuel fee and 45 minutes of labor

Monthly Follow Up Services $50.00 includes fuel fee and 30 minutes of labor

The cost of our services is very reasonably priced at $45 hour when a firm fixed price is not established.

We will work on an hourly basis or we will quote the larger jobs.

We would like to support you and your maintenance needs. Our craftsmen are on call 7 days a week and I

want to assure you that when you have maintenance needs we will be there to support you, when you need it.

Standard hourly labor is $45.00 under this program, per man hour and specific projects will be by the job or

on an hourly basis which ever, It's the customer's choice.

Everyone is different, some jobs should be based on total cost of the job while others are based on hourly

services.

California State Handyman Company's policy is to find the best value for the customer. As many situations

are unique, each one has to be looked at based on a variety of characteristics that make up the project.

Mike will discuss the issues if and when it is appropriate, because that are numerous variables and

possibilities. Our main goal is satisfaction for the customer in either direction we take.
